We do our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Usually, our delivery time is 2-4 days. Should we not be able to meet the delivery time, we will try to inform you in good time.

RETURNS

If the product is delivered with damage and if you have remarks for the quality of the product, please contact us at contact@katerinavelika.com.

If you want to return the product and to have the money returned, you are obliged to keep the product undamaged, unused, in the original package together with the accompanying documents.

Regardless of the reasons for replacing or returning the product, you have to previously supply a written statement indicating your reason for returning the product, at the following e-mail: contact@katerinavelika.com
